Eliot who?

Attorney General Spitzer of the State of New York, of course. In case you thought he'd gone away after tripping up a couple of record labels over payola, he's back. This time, he's suing Entercom, fifth largest radio station operator, for corporate pay-for-play deals with record companies, with, he alleges, no on-air notification to the listener. If true, this is a violation of federal law. Gotta have sponsor ID on all paid programs or announcements. I haven't read the complaint and exhibits yet. I'll get back to it this afternoon. You can find it all here.
